| My formal training in the 60's, was at art college as a Graphic Designer. I then went on to work at various commercial studios, later turning to free-lance work. I have exhibited extensively over the years at various galleries and shows and taught at an adult level in several art workshops. I have enjoyewd working and experimenting with other media such as clay, stone, wood, silk, textiles, embroidery, watercolour and pastels. | |

| My current work is abstract, and I am at present working on canvas and board, in either oil or acrylic. I enjoy the freedom of expression which I feel when I work in the abstract form. I like to work on a large scale, but do some smaller work also. I have lived in the chilterns all my life, and this I find very inspirational. | |
