| Mark Fielding Paintings |
| Born in London in 1961, Mark has made his home in the West Country since 1994 where he draws inspiration from the sea. He studied with Robert Lenkiewicz in 1998-99 which introduced an academic rigour to his work.Mark's seascapes capture the spirit of the Cornish coastline and the ever-changing light and weather. His prints of Padstow have been particularly popular.Following reflection, Mark returned to figure work in 2005 and this has lead to a series of dancer paintings.At present he is concentrating on ballet working with ballet dancers. He will soon be turning his attenttion to Argentine Tango. |
