| Derek Nielsen Paintings | |
| New Art Collectors is proud to introduce Derek K. Nielsen’s Fractalage: the art of painting analog fractals or Fractal Field Painting. Derek K. Nielsen is an unequivocal master of his craft having spent 14 years from 1984 to 1998 perfecting a technique that incorporates the very design of the faculties that make up the reason of his artistic co-creation. Yes, co-creation, because literally you, the viewer, are creating Nielsen's work as you look at it. If you know how the brain reconstructs light refracted through the eye then you will get this concept. Nielsen knows that without you his work is nothing. So, thank you for creating his work in this moment. The faculties that create Nielsen’s work are nothing but fractal, which is the very basis of Nielsen’s work for in utilizing these shapes there is produced a resonance that activates and stimulates certain properties within you. This makes these paintings very valuable indeed for their open-ended potential whose sole limitation is your imagination. In fact, almost every day there is discovered a new application of these artistic talismans. But, you don’t have to be a healer or guru to enjoy Nielsen’s paintings, nor to take advantage of what they have to reflect. Merely know that your investment will dramatically change the space in which it hangs for the benefit of your world. | |

| Artist's Statement: | |
| I paint what I see to be the nonlocal energy generated by the human. In this respect there is a synergy when viewed that affects the very web from which all life blooms. Let us all create patterns of love and peace and continue to radiate our glorious light. In this it is my intention to vastly augment the collective light of this planet and individually to inspire more intenders to create supernovae of light in every moment to create a magnificent “no where” that miraculously appears here, now. | |
