| FELIX ANAUT 1978-1979 Attended l’Ecole de Montparnasse d’Art et Dessin, Paris. 1979-1982 Lived in Madrid, continuing with his investigation in painting 1982-1983 Lived in Tangier & Ibiza 1983-1984 Lived in England 1984 Moved to Belfast, Ireland, where he was a co-director of a contemporary art gallery for seven years 1986 Became a member of the Association of Irish Artists 1990 Returns to Spain, where he sets up a studio in Aragon, and divides his time between Spain and Ireland. 2001 Moves his studio from Spain to Gascony in south west France. 2005 Founder member of “Itzal Aktiboa”, Association of International Promotion of Basque Artists. 2006 Listed by the Spanish National newspaper, "El Mundo", in its supplement of the "500 most influential Spanish people, 2006", in the Art Section of some 25 people (artists, museum curators, gallery directors and critics, etc.), including only 7 artists. Awards 2003 Medal of honour, “Lorenzo el Magnifico” of the City of Florence, for his artistic career, Florence Biennale, Italy.
